Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are an online store , guarantee that your order will ship as soon as possible. That your order will be expertly packed and shipped promptly in the manner of delivery that is best suited for your country. 

1. You order in ShelanuCosmetics online .

2. After payment, In the next 24/48 hours, we will pack and ship your order. You will get an  email with shipping details, including a tracking number. The parcel can be sent in various ways Courier, EMS, or free Economy International shipping, depending on the country of residence. 

3. Delivery time depends on your location and how you choose to send it. Upon receiving the package, we ask you to inspect your order. Open and report all damages or missing items immediately if exist. Damages must be reported within ten days.


*Package Tracking:

We provide all the information from the website of the Israeli mail-sending service.
Enter the tracking number and check the status and location of your parcel.

By the rules of UPU (Universal Postal Union) in respect of numbers, each number shall consist of two letters in the beginning, nine numbers and two letters at the end (and the corresponding standard ISO-3166, indicating the country of origin because the website will send all parcels of Israel, therefore, the tracking number will end with "IL").

Delivery in Israel:

1. Postal service in Israel is free and offered by the Israel postal company within 7-14 working days.

2. Paid delivery by courier is carried out within 1 - 3 days. . 

Registration, packing, and shipping orders to customers are carried out the next 2 days after the order. Orders placed on a Friday or a day off will be collected the next day. After transferring the parcels courier, it will call the buyer to schedule delivery. On Fridays and holidays, eves delivery is not made.

3. Courier delivery costs in Israel: 40NIS (including VAT). Shipping costs will be added to your shopping cart before paying the order.

                                                International Shipping:

For fast and affordable shipping to our international customers, we offer to review the following ways:

1. ShelanuCosmetics provides Economy international shipping for our international customers through the post of Israel. This service is the most economical delivery system for small items outside of Israel, weighing not more than 20kg when the shipment of goods is carried by air or sea and land. Delivery time may take from  4 / 5 weeks.

2. ShelanuCosmetics provides Fast international shipping for our international buyers through the company EMS - Express Mail Service, a global express post. Amounts of shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.  Attention to the fact that the optimal price sends up to 20kg.

Delivery time may take from 5 to 14 days.

3. Order Tracking. 

 That order tracking is important to you, so after sending a parcel, you will receive a notice from ShelanuCosmetics with the registration number for parcel tracking. Note, ShelanuCosmetics does not reimburse orders lost during transportation.

4. Your Contact Information. 

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are filled out. This contact information may be needed if the shipping company needs to contact you.

5. Declaration on the cost and product description.

Due to international law commitments,  ShelanuCosmetics certains your order's total expenditure on the accompanying sheet minus the shipping fee. This document will display the name of each product ordered, the quantity, and the value.

If you select an international delivery, we indicate the number of all the goods you have ordered, along with the following product description - "Natural Products for Personal Use."
For example, if you ordered  4 different products for a total cost of $ 80, we will state on the label the following: Quantity: 6. Cost: $ 80.00. Description: Natural Products for Personal Use.

6. Taxes on Imports

Possible import taxes and/or customs duties. Can commission for processing orders. These costs are separate from the shipping fee.

7. Customs.

Depending on the value of your order and your specific country, you may be charged customs or import duties once your parcel arrives in your country. As stated in our "Terms and Conditions," the customer must pay these fees and won’t be covered by ShelanuCosmetics.
As these charges are set by your country and vary between orders, we cannot predict the costs. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. You will ensure that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

Return & Exchange Policy


                                                          Return Policy                                         

1. If you have not received the goods at the appointed time, please contact the website client service and report that you did not receive the goods per the planning date. In turn, you can check where the goods are located by the tracking number provided by the store after shipping here.

2. If the goods received do not correspond to your order, the ShelanuCosmetics web store may ask you to send the received goods back to the store, and when they arrive, we will refund the money or ask you to agree to exchange of goods.

3. If you decide to return the product, you will need to send it with a delivery confirmation and tracking number. In this case, the goods should be returned within 30 days from receipt in a safe condition, clean, with no scratches, damage, dents, or scuffs, as well as all documents, which were kept in the original packaging at the time of receipt by you.

Money refunds

If your order is returned to us due to the imposed ban/restrictions on foods, wrong address, refusal to pay customs duties, or because there was no one to take delivery of your order, we will refund you the amount spent as follows:

You will be refunded the total order amount minus the shipping cost and up to 5 percent of the order value for the re-warehousing. We will also deduct any other external costs undertaken during transport, such as storage fees, return postage due, etc.

If customs withdraw the ordered item or the entire order, the amount will not be refunded.

Please note:

* Your order will not be refunded until it physically will not be in our stock. Once we receive your order, you will receive an automatic notification letter stating the amount of compensation. Refunds will be made within 14 days after the decision on compensation.

* Refunds were usually carried out in the same way as paid goods. If the item was purchased not through the electronic payment system PayPal, we would ask you to confirm the receipt of the amount reimbursed.
